We have survived the first month of Milo's life. Phew. Actually, it wasn't that bad. Well, some mornings (read 3 am) were rough, but that was to be expected. During the last month of my pregnancy I hardly got any sleep because I couldn't get comfortable and when I did, I just had to get up to pee. Now I'm getting up to feed or change Milo. It's a trade-off. When I sleep now though it is great, especially since I can once again sleep on my stomach. Hooray!
Milo is already a really strong baby, especially his legs. He's quite the kicker. His neck seems pretty strong already. I'm sure he'll be holding it up on his own in no time.
Today Milo was being a bit fussy even though he just ate and had a clean diaper. He just wouldn't stop crying. My solution? I put on the new AFI record and he instantly calmed down. Who knew Davey Havoc had that effect on infants.
A month already? Whoa!
