Our new schedule

My winter break came to an end last Sunday and I was back at work bright and early Monday morning. Monday was a big day for us. Milo started at the Goddard School which is conveniently located right next door to my work. It was an emotional day for me. I felt guilty leaving him there with strangers. I wanted to be at home with him so bad. Luckily it was a teacher workday for me that day. This means no students, but lots of meetings. I was able to sneak out for a bit and visit Milo for about 30 minutes and feed him. Daycare must have worn the little guy out- he went to bed around 10:30 that night and slept until 6 the next morning! Woo-hoo!

Milo will be attending his daycare three days a week (MWF). Tony will work from home on Tuesday and Thursday and hang out with Milo. Tony survived his first two days home with Milo without any problems. He's such a good daddy. Milo is one lucky little boy.

On Friday my school was closed due to a little bit of snow and lots of ice. I was very happy to stay home with Milo. This week will be even tougher though- 3 days of daycare and no time to sneak in a visit. I know he will be fine. Babies are quite adaptable. The teachers in his room are nice and they really seem to like Milo. I will just have to enjoy our nights and weekends together even more than I already do.
