Two more months...

Here are a few random pictures.

Thirty-one weeks in- looking and feeling very pregnant!

This is a picture from our beach vacation. Apparently someone name Tattoo owns this shop. It made us laugh every time we drove past it.

Here's another shot of the baby's bathroom. I love the colors she picked out!

I cannot believe my due date is practically two months away. I've starting feeling like I'm running out of time to get things done. I only 2 1/2 more weeks until I go back to work for pre-planning. Yikes!

My appointment last week went well. I met with Dr. Roberts this time. He was funny. He confirmed the fact that I passed my glucose screening test. No gestational diabetes for me- hooray! He also told me I was finished with blood work, also good news!

As promised, here are the pros and cons of my second trimester...

Things that made me happy...

- telling co-workers

- telling my students (they were VERY excited for me)

- finding out we are having a little boy (this was the best moment for me so far!)

- feeling the little man move around inside me 

- having energy again!!

Things that frustrated me...

- heartburn, heartburn, and more heartburn (this started late in the 2nd trimester)

- going shopping and seeing cute clothes that I know don't come in maternity sizes

- getting up to pee 2-3 times a night

You'll have to wait a few more weeks for my pros/cons of my last trimester.
