You're A Heartbreaker, Dreammaker...

Tony and I had another doctor's appointment Thursday morning. I'm 23 week and a few days along. The second trimester has really flown by. We got to hear the heartbeat again. It was fast and healthy. Tony didn't get to hear it last time, so it was neat watching him listen. It sounded like a helicopter. The little man has become quite active in the last week or so. Before I would feel a few flutters every now and then. Now I feel him several times throughout day, especially after I eat. Tony has even been able to feel him move around.

On a different note, Tuesday is my last day of work until August. This means I can finally put the nursery together and read the baby books that have been calling my name.

  1. Don't sweat it. Give Stacey a call, and she could probably tell you more than you'd ever need to know. She's still reading books about childbirth, for cryin' out loud.

  2. I guess she's trying to tell you she wants another baby. I don't think I even have her number.

  3. Just remember that every baby is different. No matter how much you read and what they will say your little one will be unique in his own way. Just remember to breath and enjoy it. Before you know it he will be turning one!
